• Original mixed media painting on canvas, created using acrylic paint, antique paper material and my original ocean photography from Block Island Bay.

• This painting contains antique paper from 1850-1930, including nautical charts, fishing guides, shell illustrations, a handwritten ship manifest, letters, envelopes, newspapers, and pages from antique nautical-themed books. Each piece of paper is the actual historic item (not a replica or copy) giving the painting an authentic layered texture.

• Sealed with a UV-protectant varnish, signed on the back and wired for easy hanging.
